I started painting the house and I lost sight of my goal. I really need to learn to multi-task. I gained 5 pounds back! As of right now I am doing the South Beach Diet again. I'm on day 3... so far so good! Today I was a little hungrier than normal.... I think it is because I exercised and because I am bored. I'm getting my blood sugar back in order. I have had NO energy for the past 2 months and I think it's because of all the junk food I have been consuming! Since I haven't been eating any bad carbs, I have noticed a spike in my energy like nobody's business!
By the way... My aunt gave me a Nordic Track Eliptical machine! I've been using it every other day. I like it because it's right in front of the t.v. in the middle of the living room. Can't help but to look at it and say, "Hey...I need to exercise today!"

This past weekend and up until today have been pretty busy. I'm suprised with all of the pizza and other crap that I have been eating that I was still able to stay at 189 lbs! I'm super excited about it! Hopefully I can keep it up!!
There were many reasons why, but the main reason was because I had gained so much weight that I couldn't get my rings off anymore! I had to get them cut off! :( I can get them repaired, but I want to wait until I am at the weight I want to be at before I get them re-sized.
Other reasons were the basics... I was insecure, none of my clothes fit, I was out of breath all of the time, and I knew that I wasn't at all healthy.

Today I think that I am going to have a "spa day". No, I'm not going to the spa... I wish. NO MONEY! But, I'm going to give myself a manicure and pedicure and that kind of stuff. It should be nice if I can keep my kids out of my hair today.
I was so excited this morning when I stepped on the scale! 190! WOO HOO!
